Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Nexus Badminton, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your gear; therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that rackets must have the original plastic handle wrap intact and show no signs of court use or restringing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your Nexus account and select the 'Order History' tab to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective wraps are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the equipment for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
